Course fee is $159.

The textbook is
provided for your use for six weeks; you do not need to purchase one.

A separate book deposit
of $50 is required
payable by personal check made out to Lee Clark.

When
the book is returned (in satisfactory condition),
we send the check back to you along with your grade report.
|

 |
An
administrative fee of $25
is also required. This fee, (which is not
returned) is also paid by separate check payable to Lee Clark.

The book deposit and administrative
fee must be attached to the registration, as separate checks
along with the course registration fee.

 |
"Bounced checks" subject to
$25 service charge.
|
 |
Course is mailed "SIGNATURE REQUIRED."
If no-one is home at the time of delivery, the post office will
not leave it at your mailbox but will return it to the post office and
you will have to go pick it up. If you wish to give a mailing address
other than your home (for example a work address) please indicate the
mailing address clearly.

We request that the course be finished within
six weeks of receipt of the materials.
The course is designed to take an average of fifteen hours to complete.

 |
When finished, mail the completed test and book back to us in a box with bubble wrap.
You will receive your grade and certificate
within two weeks.

If you need
verification sooner, please inform us.

 |
In case of not achieving a passing score, the test may be retaken for a $25 fee
and a maximum grade of B-.
|
